Raspberry Meringue Dessert

Ingredients

4 shop bought meringue nests broken up
Large carton of cream
Tub of raspberries
Icing sugar
Sliced almonds

Preparation

Whip the cream until stiff and fold in raspberries,

Meringue pieces and almonds saving some for the top
3
Spoon into dishes and decorate with a mint leaf and sifted icing sugar
