  • 0.25 teaspoon Rose water
  • 3 dashes Almond extract
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 8 ounce Icing sugar (powdered sugar)
  • 8 ounce Ground almonds

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground almonds and icing sugar. Add the beaten egg yolks, rose water, almond extract, and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly, then knead very thoroughly until the marzipan is smooth and well combined.
