  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 item Onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk Celery, chopped
  • 5 cubes Beef Bouillon Cubes
  • 1 cube Chicken Bouillon Cube
  • 2 stalks Green Onions, sliced
  • 8 cups Water
  • 1 item Carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced

Instructions

Combine all ingredients (except green onions and mushrooms) in a stockpot.

Bring the mixture to a boil.

Cover, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 45 minutes.

Strain the soup to separate the broth from the cooked vegetables, discarding the vegetables.
