- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 item Onion, chopped
- 1 stalk Celery, chopped
- 5 cubes Beef Bouillon Cubes
- 1 cube Chicken Bouillon Cube
- 2 stalks Green Onions, sliced
- 8 cups Water
- 1 item Carrot, chopped
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced

Combine all ingredients (except green onions and mushrooms) in a stockpot.

Cover, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 45 minutes.

Strain the soup to separate the broth from the cooked vegetables, discarding the vegetables.
