- 1 tablespoons Oil
- 1 cup Shredded cabbage
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup Green Peas
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup Corn kernels
- 2 Garlic pods
- 1 medium Onion
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black pepper
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoons corn starch
- 1 teaspoons vinegar or lemon juice
- chopped coriander leaves(optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add garlic crushed and onion and saute till translucent.
Step 2
Add all chopped vegetables and saute on high flame for 2 - 4 minutes. Add water and simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper. After 5 minutes add mixture of corn starch and water and stir well. Add 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice to the soup. Add chopped coriander leaves (optional).
Step 4
Serve this soup piping hot. The heat of pepercorns gives it that spicy flavor.
