- 6 eggs, separated
- 3/4 cup sugar, divided

- 1 pint milk
- 1 pint rum
- 1 pint whiskey

Beat egg yolks with 1/2 cup sugar in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until very stiff peaks form.

Beat in 1/4 cup sugar into the egg whites.

Fold whipped egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture.

Stir in cream and milk.
