- 4 cup Swiss chard, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, minced
- 8 tablespoon blue cheese, crumbled
- 16 ounce beef steak, thinly sliced into 8 pieces
- grill seasoning(optional)
- salt(optional)
- pepper(optional)
- olive oil cooking spray
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium.
Step 2
Mix Swiss Chard in a large bowl with garlic and rosemary. Take a slice of beef and lay it flat. Starting at the widest part of the steak, place 1/8th of the Swiss chard and 1 tablespoon blue cheese. Roll up to seal the chard and cheese in the middle.
Step 3
Sprinkle beef rolls with your favorite grill seasoning, or salt and pepper.
Step 4
Spray beef rolls with olive oil cooking spray.
Step 5
Place on grill and grill on one side for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned, then flip and grill another 3-4 minutes.
Step 6
Allow to rest for 5 minutes and serve.
