- 0.5 unit Baby Beet, diced
- 2 tablespoons Beet Extract
- 1/3 cup Raspberries
- 0.5 unit Banana, sliced
- 0.5 unit Ripe Banana, sliced
- 1/3 cup Sweetened Mango Pulp
- 0.5 unit Avocado, diced
- 3-4 tablespoons Skimmed Milk

Add 5-6 tablespoons of water to diced baby beet and bring to a boil, or microwave for 2 minutes. Cool the steeped water and use it for the red layer. Save the beet for making stock.

Step 2
Blend the fruits for each layer separately. Layer the blended fruits in a tall glass in the order: Green, Amber, then Red.
