  • 25 gram sugar
  • 180 gram favorite fruit juice
  • liquor(optional)
  • brandy(optional)

Melt the chocolate with the juice and sugar.

Once melted, beat the mixture over an ice bath.

5 minutes

Continue beating for around five minutes until the chocolate mousse reaches the desired consistency and color.
