- 2 pieces Pitta Bread
- 3 pieces Tomatoes
- 3 pieces Cucumber
- 5 leaves Lettuce
- 3 stalks Spring Onion
- 1 cup Fresh Parsley or Coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup Fresh Mint leaves
- 2 pieces Green Chillies
- 2 lemons Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Sumak Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder

Step 1
Toss or saute Pitta Bread in oil until crisp and golden. Cut into diamond-like pieces.

Combine Tomatoes, Spring onion, Cucumber, Green Chillies, Lettuce leaves, Mint, and Parsley in a bowl and mix together.

30 minutes
Add the diamond-shaped Pitta Bread pieces to the bowl. Sprinkle with Olive oil, Sumak Powder, Black pepper powder, and Salt, then mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
