Sangria Slush

Ingredients

8 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
cup dry red wine
cup sugar
2 tablespoons grated lemon peel

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for 5 seconds. Pour mixture into 9" square pan and freeze.

Before serving, let it stand for 15 minutes at room temperature. With a spoon, stir until semi-thawed.

Spoon into wine glasses.

Serving Ideas: Garnish with orange slices and mint sprigs.
