  • 2 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 8 ounce crushed pineapple in juice

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for 5 seconds. Pour mixture into a 9-inch square pan and freeze.

15 minutes

Before serving, let it stand for 15 minutes at room temperature. With a spoon, stir until semi-thawed.

Spoon into wine glasses.

Garnish with orange slices and mint sprigs.
