  • 1/2 cup natural-style peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely minced ginger
  • 1/3 cup hot water

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes, garlic, and ginger. Gradually add hot water, a tablespoon at a time, until a smooth sauce is achieved.
