  • 1 teaspoon pickling spices
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • jalapeno peppers

Step 1

Wash peppers and pack tightly into jars. Combine pickling spices, salt, water, olive oil, and vinegar. Heat the combined ingredients to boiling and pour over peppers to cover completely. Leave 1-inch headspace. Adjust lids on the jars.

Step 2

10 minutes

Process pints for 10 minutes in boiling water. Remove jars; cool and store.
