- 1.0 tablespoon Corn Oil
- 1.0 clove Garlic
- 10.0 ounce Fresh Spinach, rinsed and dried
- pinch Salt
- Fresh Ground Pepper

Heat the oil in a saute pan. Add the garlic and spinach and stir over high heat until the spinach is hot and starts to wilt.

Discard the garlic clove and season the spinach with salt and pepper.
