  • 10 ounce Marshmallows
  • 12 ounce Semisweet chocolate chips
  • Toasted coconut(optional)
  • Decorative candies(optional)

Instructions

Arrange marshmallows on a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan and freeze for 15 minutes.

2 1/2 minutes

Microwave chocolate chips on high for 2 1/2 minutes or until smooth, stirring every minute.

Using a skewer or fondue fork, dip each frozen marshmallow into the melted chocolate until completely coated.

Immediately roll the coated marshmallows in toasted coconut or decorative candies.

Use another fork or a metal spatula to place the marshmallows on a waxed paper-lined cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.

Chill the truffles or keep them in a cool, dry place until ready to serve.
