  • 0.75 cup Papaya
  • 1 medium Banana
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Sugar or Honey(optional)

Step 1

Wash, peel the skin and roughly chop the ripe papaya and keep aside.

Roughly chop banana.

In a blender, add chopped papaya and banana and blend to get a smooth juice.

Then add milk and sugar or honey and blend it for a few seconds.

Transfer the smoothie to a serving glass, add ice cubes, some chopped papaya on top and serve.
