  • Whole wheat bread crumbs
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
  • 1/2 small Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Cooked soybeans
  • 1 medium Sized avocado

Instructions

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs together in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add bread crumbs until the mixture sticks together enough to be formed into patties.

Form two burger-shaped patties and fry them in oil until they are browned.

Serve on buns with your favorite burger fixings.
