  • 18 leaves spinach
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 6 ounce thinly-sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounce thinly-sliced smoked turkey
  • 1 packet herb-and-garlic spreadable cheese (4 ounce)
  • 1 soft cracker bread, 15 inch diameter (from 17-ounce package)

Cover bread evenly with spreadable cheese.

Layer turkey, tomato, Swiss cheese, alfalfa sprouts, and spinach on the bread, leaving about 4 inches at one side covered with spreadable cheese only.

Beginning at the side layered with turkey, roll up the bread. Trim each end with a serrated knife to make even; cut the bread roll into 1-inch slices.
