- 3 small oval or oblong Italian rolls
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 medium green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 can 6-ounce Bumble Bee Chunk White or Chunk Light Tuna in water
Instructions
Step 1
Open the can of tuna and discard the lid. Hold a small wire mesh strainer or colander over an empty sink and dump the tuna into the strainer. Hold over the sink until all liquid has drained. Gently press on the tuna in the strainer with the back of a spoon to ensure all liquid is drained.
Step 2
Place the drained tuna in a medium bowl. Flake it into small pieces with a fork. Sprinkle with lemon juice and toss gently.
Step 3
Mince 1 stalk of celery into small pieces.
Step 4
Add the minced celery, sliced onion, and parsley to the tuna mixture. Stir in the mayonnaise until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
Step 5
Cut one-quarter of the top off of each Italian roll.
