- Steamed cut idlis
- 2 tablespoons cut onions
- 2 tablespoons capsicum
- 2 tablespoons cut carrot
- Butter
- mustard seeds
- 2 teaspoons Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoons red chilly powder
- Sweet chutney
- coriander and mint chutney
- 2 tablespoons Sev
- 2 tablespoons Anaar dana (pomegranate)
- Salt

Step 1
Heat a pan, add butter and mustard seeds. Then add the cut idlis. Saute them, add salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Take the idlis off the heat and set aside.

Step 2
Heat another pan, add butter, onions, carrots, and capsicum. Stir and add red chili powder and salt to taste. Take the vegetables off the heat.

Step 3
On a plate, first arrange the idlis. Top them with the vegetable layer. Pour sweet chutney and coriander and mint chutney over. Sprinkle sev and anaar dana (pomegranate) as garnish.
