- 1/4 cup basil
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup stewed tomatoes

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook until garlic is tender. Remove the skillet from the heat and pour in the dry white wine.

Return the skillet to the heat. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until the wine has reduced by half. Stir in the lemon juice, stewed tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
