  • 1 cup Gram Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Desi Ghee
  • Water
  • Silver Leaf(optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Firstly, dry roast the gram flour in a pan. ·

Meanwhile, mix water and sugar in another pan to prepare the sugar syrup. ·

Now, take out the roasted gram flour in a bowl and mix desi ghee in it. ·

Next, mix the gram flour and ghee mixture in the prepared sugar syrup to prepare a batter. ·

Put the prepared batter in a mould and give it the impressions of cutting. ·

Keep the mould in fridge for 1 ½ – 2 hours to set. ·

Cut the prepared dish and garnish it with silver leaf. ·
