- 1 teaspoons ginger
- 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce

- 1 teaspoons five spice powder
- 2-5 drops red food coloring
- 2 pounds pork butt
- 2 whole nectarines, peeled and cubed
