  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoons garlic
  • 1 teaspoons ginger
  • 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1-2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoons five spice powder
  • 2-5 drops red food coloring
  • 2 pounds pork butt
  • 2 whole nectarines, peeled and cubed
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoons fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoons onion
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 1 cups lukewarm water

add 2 lbs of pork butt and refrigerator overnight as per video

Grill or bake pork

Add glaze about 2-3 times during cooking process

Mix in food processor

Simmer for 5 minutes

Blend until smooth

Use half for glaze and half for dipping.

Bao or Sweet Dough

Dissolve yeast in water

Mix all above ingredients and knead for 5 minutes

Cover in greased bowl for 1 hour.
