- 2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves large garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 8 halves boneless, skinless chicken breast

Step 1
In a bowl whisk together lime juice, oil, garlic, pepper flakes and salt.

Divide chicken into 2 resealable plastic bags and pour 1/2 the marinade into each bag.

8 hours or overnight
Seal and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning several times.

Heat broiler, setting rack 4 inches from heat or on a gas grill on high.

Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.

Place chicken on grill rack.

6-7 minutes per side
Broil or grill for 6-7 minutes per side, turning frequently, until meat thermometer reads 170F degrees.
