Prawn pad Thai


250g Noodles
3 tbsp Tamarind paste
3 tbsp brown Sugar
3 tbsp Fish SauceÂ
½ tsp crushed chillies
2 tbsp Oil
2 chopped Shallots
200g raw king prawn tails
2 beaten Eggs
4 sliced Onions
100g bean Sprouts
Chopped Coriander
Roasted Peanuts
Wedges of Lime
Salt to taste


How to make Prawn pad Thai
Step 1: Soak the noodles in hot water until soft, then drain and rinse in water. Set aside.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix the tamarind paste, sugar, salt, fish sauce and crushed chillies well, and set aside.
Step 3: Heat the oil in a pan, then add shallots and prawns and cook for 3 minutes.Step 4: Add eggs, then drained noodles while stirring continuously.
