  • 1 9-inch pie crust, baked
  • 1 cup strawberry glaze
  • 2 pints fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons cream or milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, vanilla, sugar, cream (or milk), and softened butter until smooth and well combined.

Gently fold in the sliced fresh strawberries. Spread this mixture evenly onto the bottom of the baked 9-inch pie crust.

Step 3

Pour the strawberry glaze evenly over the top of the strawberry-cream cheese mixture. If desired, top with cool whip or whipped cream before serving.
