- Boiled and mashed potatoes
- 5 slices Bread, ground to crumbs
- 4 Babycorn
- 1 tablespoon finely cut Onion
- 1 tablespoon Capsicum
- 1 tablespoon boiled and slightly crushed Corn
- 1 teaspoon Ginger and Garlic paste(optional)
- Salt
- Red Chilly powder
- Pepper powder
- Chaat masala
- ground Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- Corn flour
- 1 tablespoon grated cheese(optional)
- Carrot(optional)
- Tomato sauce

Step 1
Mash the boiled potatoes and boiled corn. Add the finely cut onion and capsicum. Optionally, you can also add 1 tablespoon grated cheese and carrot to the mixture.

In this mixture, add the bread crumbs, salt, red chilly powder, pepper powder, chaat masala, and ground sugar. Mix well.

Take some of the mixture, shape it into a round or oval cutlet, and pierce a babycorn (or a wooden ice cream spoon) in the center to resemble a lollipop.

Step 4
Coat the cutlets all over with some corn flour. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets. Serve with tomato sauce.
