Soft-Cooked Quinoa With Dried Fruits
1 cup water
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup cooked brown rice (optional)
Boil the one cup of water and pinch of salt.
Add the quinoa, lower the heat, and cook until very soft, about 15-20 minutes (the little quinoa tails should pop out).
Add all other ingredients to the saucepan and warm just for a few minutes until hot enough to eat.
