Chocolate Oatmeal
Vanilla and Espresso are both wonderful flavor enhancers in chocolate dishes. If you do not have Vanilla Sugar, you can always use regular and add a dash of vanilla. If you do not have an Espresso or Coffee infused Sea Salt, you could also use regular and perhaps a pinch of instant espresso. This is very rich, especially if Dark Cocoa is used.

- 1 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Sugar
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 3/4 cup water
- 2 pinches Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- Extra milk(optional)
- Sea Salt(optional)
- Vanilla Sugar(optional)
Instructions
Step 1
In a medium pot, bring water to a boil.
Step 2
Add Vanilla Sugar and Cocoa Powder.
Step 3
Stir in Oats and Sea Salt.
Step 4
Reduce heat to low and simmer until the oats are tender.
Step 5
Remove from heat and stir in milk.
Step 6
Serve with extra milk, sea salt, or vanilla sugar for garnish, as needed.
