- 4 pounds Spare ribs
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic

Combine all ingredients in a heavy skillet with a lid. Simmer slowly on top of the stove, turning the ribs occasionally. Do not let the mixture boil. If using an electric skillet, check it frequently to maintain a simmer.
