  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 package 10 ounce Frozen Boysenberries in light syrup, thawed and undrained

Drain the boysenberries, reserving the syrup.

Press the boysenberries through a sieve, reserving the puree. Discard the seeds.

Combine water and cornstarch in a saucepan and stir until blended. Stir in the reserved boysenberry syrup and puree. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour into a bowl and let cool.
