Marshmallow Fudge

  • 1/4 cup Marshmallows, chopped
  • pinch Cream of tartar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 ounces Chocolate
  • 2 cups Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar

Instructions

Step 1

Heat all ingredients except for marshmallows in a medium saucepan until they simmer and eventually reach soft ball stage.

Step 2

at least 3 hours

Remove from heat and beat, using an electric mixer, until creamy. Add marshmallows, cut up. Pour into a buttered 8-inch square pan and allow to harden.

Step 3

Use a knife to score the fudge into small squares, then slice along those lines.
