- teaspoon Salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 5 Onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons Fresh horseradish, grated
- 48 Jalapeno
- 4 cups White or cider vinegar(optional)

until the onions are soft
Place all ingredients in a nonreactive pot and boil, uncovered, until the onions are soft.

Remove the mixture from heat and puree.

Return the puree to the pot and bring it to a boil.
