  • teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 5 Onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh horseradish, grated
  • 48 Jalapeno
  • 4 cups White or cider vinegar(optional)

Instructions

Step 1

until the onions are soft

Place all ingredients in a nonreactive pot and boil, uncovered, until the onions are soft.

Remove the mixture from heat and puree.

Return the puree to the pot and bring it to a boil.

5 minutes

Process (cook/boil) for 5 minutes.
