Healthy Tomato Macaroni
Whenever I want a quick and full meal I always choose Macaroni. Its easy to prepare and does not require special ingredients. Here is my quick version. I would love to add some shrimps, but yesterday I did not have them in my fridge. www.foodeterian.blogspot.com

- 1 cup Macaroni
- 2 Tomatoes
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 ounce Carrot
- 1 small Green-bell Pepper
- 1 cup Cabbage
- 2 cubes Cheese (16 grams each)
- 1/8 tablespoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Raw Honey
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons medium white wine(optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the macaroni and set it aside.
Step 2
In a pan, add 1 teaspoon olive oil. Add garlic and tomatoes, then cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add all cut vegetables and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in honey, cheese, white wine (if using), and sea salt until well combined.
Step 5
Add the cooked macaroni and stir well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
