- 1 bunch baby bok choi, washed thoroughly
- 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 garlic scrape, diced
- 1 red onion with stem, diced
- 8 ounces crimini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Tyling Naturals Pure Sesame Oil
- Salt and Pepper

Trim off root ends of bok choi, cut into 1-inch pieces, and dice leaves. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, garlic scrape, onion, bok choi stems, and mushrooms. Add salt and pepper and cook for fifteen minutes.

5 minutes
Add the diced leaves of bok choi and pure sesame oil. Cook for 5 minutes.
