BeginnerSpotted some White Bunashimeji Mushrooms at the supermarket and thought they might go well with my Stir-fry Pork with Japanese Takana, and indeed they were another perfect marriage!

- 500 grams Lean Pork
- 50 grams Takana
- 100 grams White Bunashimeji Mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 1 item sliced Chilli(optional)
- 1 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoons Kikkoman Shoyu (soya sauce)
- 2 teaspoons Minced Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoons Cornflour
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- Pepper(optional)

Step 1
Remove stem from mushrooms. Rinse and separate them.

Slice pork, rinse and marinate for at least an hour. Heat oil and sauteed garlic till fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry on medium heat till ¾ cooked.

Add mushrooms and takana, and mix well. Do not cook the pork slices for too long or they'll become tough.

Serve the Delicious Stir-fry Pork with Japanese Takana (豚高菜炒め) hot with rice or porridge!
