BeginnerBring the pre-measured pancake mix to camp in a gallon bag and add wet ingredients right to the bag. Mix and pour. Powdered eggs and powdered milk work well. We have made these without oil with success, so go for it!

- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons oil(optional)
- 1 cup pancake mix

Place pancake mix in a medium bowl.

In a second bowl, combine the milk, egg, and oil (if using).

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until combined. The batter will be lumpy.

Pour a scant 1/3 cup of batter onto a hot, greased griddle. Brown on both sides and serve.
