- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 pound fresh cranberries
- 2 oranges, unpeeled

Step 1
Trim a thin slice from both ends of the oranges. Cut them in half lengthwise. Using a shallow 'v' shaped cut, remove the white center core. Cut the oranges into chunks and whirl them in a covered electric blender until smooth.

Add the cranberries to the blender, blending until smooth (alternatively, put them through a food grinder). Stir in the brown sugar and chopped walnuts. Chill before serving.
