BeginnerThis red, white and blue confection is a celebration of seasonal and local. Make it in a big bowl or individual dishes. From mason jars to champagne glasses however you choose to serve it will guarantee smiling faces as the rockets red glare come down bursting in air.

- 1 1/4 cups pudding
- 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups cherries
- 4 cups Cranberry White Chocolate Biscotti (untoasted and cubed)
Instructions

Halve 1/2 cup cherries, removing pits.

Remove stems from blueberries.

Layer the bottom of your serving or individual bowls with fruit.

Top with pudding and then a layer of biscotti.

Cover biscotti with whipped cream.

Repeat layers until you run out of ingredients.

It is best to make this dessert 1 night ahead of time.
