- 1 bunch small cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon Indian curry
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 2 shallots
- 1/2 cup wild mushrooms
- parsley

Pre-heat the oven to 350 F. Clean and cut the cauliflower into florets.

Place the florets in an oven pan, sprinkle them with paprika, curry, and salt. Bake in the oven.

Meanwhile, chop the shallots and wild mushrooms and sauté them.

Serve the cauliflower tossed with the sautéed mushrooms and shallots, topped with chopped parsley and lemon juice.
