Hasperat

- 2 large flour tortillas or wheat tortillas
- 1/4 avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded jack cheese
- 1/2 cup hot pickled vegetables, chopped
- 1/4 cup spinach
- 3 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- sriracha or hot sauce(optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Warm tortillas in the microwave with a damp paper towel for a few seconds until pliable.
Step 2
Mix the cream cheese with the desired amount of sriracha or hot sauce.
Step 3
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface of the tortillas.
Step 4
Layer the shredded jack cheese on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Step 5
Layer the avocado, red onions, spinach, and hot pickled vegetables over the cheese. Tightly roll the tortillas, tucking in the ends.
Step 6
Optionally, lightly grill each side of the wraps.
Step 7
Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
