  • 1 kilograms Cockles
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mild curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine/white wine
  • 200 milliliters water
  • coriander(optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Heat wok with oil, then sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add cockles, chili sauce, tomato sauce, curry powder, and water. Stir-fry for a while, then cover and bring to a boil.
