  • 4 tablespoons Fine Flour (Maida)
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • Chocolate Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Castor Sugar (for pancakes)
  • 1/4 Cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla essence (for pancakes)
  • 4 tablespoons Milk
  • Water(optional)
  • Butter
  • 6 teaspoons Small Cut Fruits (e.g., Apple, Pineapple, Chiku, Banana)
  • 2 teaspoons Brown Sugar or regular sugar
  • Juice (e.g., Mixed fruit juice)
  • 5 tablespoons Cream
  • 1 drop Vanilla essence (for cream)
  • 1 teaspoon Castor Sugar (for cream drizzle)
  • Ice cream(optional)
  • Chocolate Sauce (for serving)(optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Mix together the fine flour, chocolate sauce, cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1 tablespoon castor sugar, and 1 tablespoon vanilla essence. Make a batter using milk, and water if required.

On a non-stick pan, make the pancakes using butter.

In a separate pan, heat the 2 teaspoons brown sugar (or regular sugar), juice, and 6 teaspoons small cut fruits (e.g., Apple, Pineapple, Chiku, Banana) to make the fruit stuffing.

Put the fruit stuffing into the cooked pancakes, fold them in half, and refrigerate to chill.

Prepare the cream drizzle by mixing 5 tablespoons cream with 1 drop vanilla essence and 1 teaspoon castor sugar.

When ready to serve, drizzle the prepared cream over the pancakes. Serve along with ice cream and chocolate sauce.
