Maple Bacon Sundae

Ingredients

4 tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
6 slices Cooked Hickory Smoked Bacon (4 pieces cut into bite size sections)

Preparation

Place a large scoop of ice cream into the bottom of a sundae dish, sprinkle with some of the cut bacon and top with 1 Tbs. syrup. Repeat the layers then using 1 piece of bacon break it into 2 pieces and nestle in the back of the sundae for garnish.
