  • 1 quart blended red chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons whole leaf oregano
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 pounds pork (ribs, chops or other)
  • potatoes, thick slices(optional)

Instructions

Step 1

Sprinkle the meat with salt.

Add garlic and oregano to the blended chili sauce.

6-8 hours or overnight

Pour the chili mixture over the seasoned meat and marinate in the refrigerator.

Cook the marinated meat slowly on top of the stove or in a 350-degree oven until done.

Optionally, thick slices of potatoes may be marinated with the meat.
