- 2 cup Canned tomatoes with juice
- 3 medium Onions, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 cup Corn
- 3 Potatoes, cubed
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 7 cup Boiling water
- 2 1/2 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Freshly-ground black pepper
- Flour
- 1 Pheasant, cut into pieces

Step 1
Roll the pheasant pieces in flour, salt, and pepper.

Brown the floured pheasant pieces in butter.

1 1/2 to 2 hours
Add the browned pheasant and all other ingredients (with the exception of the tomatoes) to the boiling water, cover, and simmer.

Add the tomatoes and continue to simmer.
