- 0.5 cup cooked peas(optional)
- 0.5 cup cooked pork or shrimp or chicken(optional)
- 2.0 cup rice, prepared and cooled
- 0.25 cup chopped green peppers(optional)
- 0.25 cup chopped onions
- 1.0 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 2.0 eggs eggs, beaten
- 1.0 tablespoon butter or margarine

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet or wok.

Scramble eggs in butter, breaking up the cooked eggs into small pieces.

Set aside.

Saute onions and/or green peppers in butter for 3 minutes.

Combine eggs, onions, rice, and meat.
