Sauteed Kale With Lemon and Garlic

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 head dino or curly kale, chopped
- 1 lemon lemon, juiced
- Red chili flakes(optional)

Heat oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add kale and toss to coat in oil. Squeeze lemon over kale, add chili flakes (if using) and cook until kale is starting to wilt. Serve on a platter with remaining lemon juice squeezed on top.
