- 2.0 pounds stew meat
- 1.0 medium onion
- 1.0 can tomato sauce
- 2.0 cloves garlic
- 2.0 tablespoons chili powder
- 2.0 jalapeno chilies
- 2.0 cups pinto beans
- salt and pepper(optional)

Step 1
Trim the fat from the stew meat, cut it into bite-sized chunks, and brown it.

until meat is tender
Chop the onion and the jalapeno chili. Smash the garlic. Combine all ingredients except the beans into a pot, add water, and simmer until the meat is tender.

till the beans are done
In a separate pot, put the beans with water and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down and simmer until the beans are done.
