Monte Christo Sandwich
**note: I prefer Pepperidge Farm sandwich bread.
Pre-heat oven to 450 deg.F. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese between two slices of bread and cut diagonally. Combine eggs, milk and salt in a shallow pan. Dip sandwiches in this mixture turniong once. Coat evenly with crushed cereal. Place on a well greased baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake @ 450 deg.
