  • 24 leaves Chopped basil leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chopped garlic
  • 1 small Shallot, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Rice vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons Freshly grated parmesan
  • 3 teaspoons Chopped garlic
  • 6 tablespoons Chopped sundried tomatoes (drained)
  • 6 cups Loosely packed parsley leaves (no stems)

Toss 6 cups of loosely packed parsley leaves with 1/4 teaspoon chopped garlic.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine olive oil, 24 chopped basil leaves, 1 small finely chopped shallot, 1/3 cup rice vinegar, 3 teaspoons chopped garlic, and 6 tablespoons chopped sundried tomatoes. Mix well to create the dressing, incorporating a portion of the freshly grated parmesan while reserving some for garnish.
